Tsye Kit Yun

Tsye Kit has worked at Perdue Farms for 15 years, the last 10 as Director of Genetics. He graduated BSC Agriculture from Edinburgh University (Scotland) in 1970 and was awarded PhD from Reading University (England) in 1974 for studies in Dairy Cattle Genetics. After a year as Post Doc in the Dairy Science Dept. of Ohio State he served as extension specialist in Animal Breeding and Genetics for the Scottish Agricultural Colleges from 1975 to 1979. Dr. Tsye Kit joined Ross Breeders in 1979 as Egg Layer Geneticist and moved to Perdue Farms as Broiler Geneticist in 1984. Dr. Yun likes to work in the area of interface between science and practice with agriculturally important livestock species.
